Nozipho Mthembu is a freelance visual artist who aims to express creatively the essence of a moment with her camera.
“When I look at something through the eye of a lens, I’m sharing an experience with the hope that something whether it’s a feeling or an emotion, a memory or story is brought to light. My intention is to engage my audience as if they were there too,” she says.
She has taken up photography to “showcase life from a different perceptive”.
Her motto is simple:
“Learning is for life as life has been given to us for learning.”
