Keabetswe Magano, BA, Communication Science Honours Graduate (University of Free State), LLB student at Wits University. She is the former editor-in-chief of IRAWA Post (2012/2013), the official student newspaper at the UFS and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. In addition, she serves on the Student Representative council (SRC) under the portfolio of Student Media Council. She is planning to pursue an Honours degree in Journalism.
Since 2011, Kea has been doing volunteer work for the student publication as a sports and news reporter, and has taken part in various international courses in journalism, including the Alfred Friendly Press Partners Fellowship mid-term seminar at Missouri University USA and the UFS Communications Science Singapore academic tour at the National University of Singapore.
