Action Setaka is a Social Engineer who has extensive leadership experience. Some of his achievements include being commissioner of youth during the last sitting of the National Youth Parliament. He is ambassador of the the African Observatory of Science, Technology and Innovation commission. He is also a facilitator for the Northern Cape Department of Education. Action is the founding member of an education consortium and he represented South African youth at the Center for Development and Enterprise’s event during which a new series of reports on South Africa’s crisis of youth unemployment was launched. He is an alumni of the Young African Leadership Initiative of Barack Obama and former team leader of the International Citizen Service programme where he led prominent and influential young people from the United Kingdom and South Africa.
